This
plan supports design, engineering, construction of commercial, industrial
and professional projects that cannot
afford the huge expense necessitated by outside counsel who often do not
have actual project field experience.
First,
you can always request a free initial consultation on any project matter for
which you need experienced advice.
In
addition, the Project Legal PlanSM
is a retainer plan which, for a reasonable minimum monthly retainer based
upon project size, allows your
business to have its own project lawyer at discounted rates, presently
$168 per hour.
Under this Plan, a good project lawyer proactively manages your
project and focuses on preventing legal problems, especially litigation,
while facilitating your schedule and budget. A good project lawyer knows
how to advise you about, and prepare for, risks without unduly frustrating
your project goals.
Note:
While the Project Legal PlanSM excludes litigation and other nonroutine
matters, it includes management of such matters on your project’s
behalf, similar to in-house project lawyer responsibilities.
